Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the real hero of the time when the India was fighting for its freedom against British Government, He was born on 23 January 1897 in Cuttack and even his birthday we celebrates as Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanthi (Parakram Divas). He was the first to leave the committee Indian National Congress controlled by Jawaharlal Nehru &Mahatma Gandhi, in order to get t freedom in his way because he wasn’t finding the path followed by Mahatma Gandhi as sufficient to get the India its independence. He was the personality with enormous amount of energy and used to believe in Karma, he was a quick and effective decision maker; he was punctual and among those who not even wastes their single second of time. He was the person with various qualities that we must learn from him or his biography and some of his qualities are Good Listening, effective communication, smart working, taking Initiatives and responsibilities, work on time, politeness, zeal of work completion, not depending on others, proper planning before execution, finding different solutions to a problem, selection of priorities, never give-up etc. The way he worked so energetically in his lifespan is really motivating and inspiring to everyone especially today’s youth, he was such a dedicated person who wasn’t afraid of performing or attempting any of the activity he finds suitable to reach his goals. Not only he got fame in India, even he was popular in many other countries of that time along with Soviet Union and that too with honor; that was the major reason why the British Government was afraid of him and even for taking any serious action against him they need to think a lot. We all are proud on such a personality who lived like a dynamite and discusses his powerful decisions about his one and only mission of making India independent and free:

)Establishment of Azad Hind Fauj: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose established the Azad hind army by gathering the Indian prisoner of war in Russia,  he cleverly escaped from India and by the way from Peshawar he went to Russia with a lot of problems and with the Soviet Union he discussed and convinced the Russian Government along with the Germany to help in making India Free in all the aspects they can. Netaji asked the Government to free the soldiers of India who were surviving in Russian Government’s Jail.

)Collaboration of prisoners of war: After his escape and successfully creation of Azad Hind Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also met with the Nazi Germans and Imperial Japan to gather soldiers and to get support from outside the country. But majorly from his own nation’s soldiers who were caught as the prisoners of war in Japan. He communicated with Japanese Government and got full support from Japanese Government and collected his Indian soldiers from Japan commanded by his elder brother. The Japanese gave citizen like treatment to the Indian soldiers not as prisoners and then Subhash Chandra Bose succeeded in his first step of making army outside the India collecting prisoners of war belongs to India.

)Served Indian National Congress: Subhash Chandra Bose served twice as the President of the Indian National Congress consecutively. He controlled the party and organized various movements under the supervision of Mahatma Gandhi along with his extraordinary thoughts to get the India free from the British Government but in a legal and official manner. Subhash Chandra Bose was aware of the laws and rules, so, whatever steps he used to take while he was in the party, were all along the regulations that impact the British Government but not led to harm the people.

)Introducing Nationalism &Socialism: In 1933 Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in one of his speech among the people introduced the term nationalism and socialism of the Indian assets by refusing the concept of communism and fascism given by the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He termed the policy of communism and fascism as fundamentally wrong, because according to him the ownership of the assets should be given to the people in a democratic country according to amended laws and regulations and should be easily cared and handled by the Government of nation.

)Introduced Unconditional Independence: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was the first to claim the total and unconditional freedom for the country and initiated the movement while he was working for the party Indian National Congress. He was an effective speaker and during his speech he pointed out each and every concern that country was facing at the time of British rule. British Government planned to make the Indian people free but without giving them powers to run their own country and the Subhash Chandra Bose opposed this and initiated movement for complete independence even if it costs blood.

)Initiating INA in Burma: In Burma Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Gathered his army named Indian National Army and motivated a huge number of people to join the Army in order to get the independence. Subhash Chandra Bose denoted to the people that we could get the independence only by paying it with our blood i.e. by fighting with the British Army not by begging. Here he gave his memorable quote(nara)“Tum MujheKhoon Do, MeTumhe Azadi Dunga”

)Gathering External Support: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was the only one of that time who initiated and gathered the external support from the nearby nations like Soviet Union, Nazi Germans and Imperial Japan to pressurize the British Government from outside of the India while other Martyrs were fighting from inside of the nation. He was too clear with the path he was following to make the India free from the British Government and he decided to get it by hook or by crook. Bose convinced and got all the possible external supports from the other countries just by himself alone that really teaches us a lot about him.
